  • Publication number: 20240075895
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for crash detection on one or more mobile devices (e.g., smartwatch and/or smartphone). In some embodiments, a method comprises: detecting, with at least one processor, a crash event on a crash device; extracting, with the at least one processor, multimodal features from sensor data generated by multiple sensing modalities of the crash device; computing, with the at least one processor, a plurality of crash decisions based on a plurality of machine learning models applied to the multimodal features; and determining, with the at least one processor, that a severe vehicle crash has occurred involving the crash device based on the plurality of crash decisions and a severity model.

  • Patent number: 11059358
Abstract: An open roof assembly comprises a drive assembly having a slider member. The slider member comprising a coupling member, a first lever member coupled to a sunshade member and a second lever member coupled to a closure member. Each lever member comprises a mating member for coupling with the slider member and a locking lever for releasably engaging a respective locking recess. The slider member is sequentially couplable to one of the lever members. When the slider member is coupled to the first lever member, the sunshade member may be opened or closed by moving the slider member. When the slider member is coupled to the second lever member, the closure member may be opened or closed by moving the slider member.

  • Patent number: 11043832
Abstract: An inductively coupled wireless charging system produces a high magnetic flux density to induce voltages in one or more coils of an electronic device via magnetic induction. These induced voltages are used to operate or charge batteries in the one or more electronic devices. The high magnetic flux density may cause electromagnetic interference to other adjacent devices, including other adjacent wireless charging systems. Methods, systems, and devices of the present disclosure are directed to reducing interference among adjacent wireless charging systems during concurrent operation of the adjacent wireless charging systems.

  • Patent number: 8679760
Abstract: The present invention relates to a biomarker associated with a cancer and a method using the biomarker to evaluate a risk of proliferation, invasion, or metastasis of a cancer. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (A) providing a tissue sample to evaluate for risk of proliferation, invasion, or metastasis of a cancer, wherein the tissue sample comprises a non-cancer region, and a suspected cancer region; (B) detecting expression levels of a biomarker and a predetermined standard in the non-cancer region and the suspected cancer region respectively, wherein the biomarker is T-cell lymphoma invasion and metastasis 2 (TIAM2); (C) comparing the expression levels of the biomarker and the predetermined standard in the non-cancer region to the expression levels of the biomarker and the predetermined standard in the suspected cancer region.
