    Abstract: A surgical instrument for irradiating a focused ultrasound includes a main body, a driving unit which is provided in the main body to generate arbitrary rotational force, a support plate which is fixed into the main body by forming a spiral guide groove on any one surface and allows one side of the driving unit to penetrate to be supported, a traction unit which is coupled to one penetrating side of the driving unit to rotate in response to the rotational force generated in the driving unit and is movably coupled to the guide groove of the support plate to be pulled to draw a spiral path along the guide groove during the rotation, and a following unit which is coupled to one side of the traction unit to output a focused ultrasound while following the traction motion of the traction unit.
