Once the consumer decision journey for a particular good or service is constructed, a series of tools is provided to help a user understand the return on investment for providing different types of multimedia content at different stages in the consumer decision journey for a particular demographic. To do so, an interface is provided to the user that enables the user to select a desired tool and features of the tool the user wishes to exploit. Browser history from a plurality of consumers is transformed into a visual representation that provides insights into the types of multimedia content that can provide the greatest return on investment for a particular demographic at a particular state in the consumer decision journey for the selected category of goods or services.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media are provided for organizing information pertaining to entity quests in which a user is engaged in an easily retrievable and viewable manner. An active digital memory assistant on a user computing device may automatically detect and organize activity, taken by a particular user and centered on a single user intent, into an entity list. Information comprising a relevant entity list may be proactively surfaced to the user when the user is performing a task for which a related entity list exists. Alternatively, the user may manually invoke the active digital memory assistant (e.g., via selection of an appropriate icon or tile on the user's desktop) to show his or her entity related activity in the form of content previously extracted and actions previously taken.

Then data sources are identified that contain relevant information for the dimensions. Next the data sources are accessed through an abstraction layer. The abstraction layer performs the operations of transferring portions of the relevant information to a data structure and displaying the selected portions of the relevant information. Some notable advantages of the discussed methods include the ability to create virtual dimensions by building a hierarchical table structure from data in a flat file. The use of an abstraction layer allows for ease of modification and efficiency in presentation, since only the user requested data is presented. In addition, the customer is provided dynamic reports in real-time, thereby allowing for time sensitive and mission critical business decisions to be made with current data.
