    Abstract: A rotor assembly includes a rotor plate, a friction shoe slidably coupled to the rotor plate and configured to move in a radial direction, and a biasing mechanism operably coupled to the friction shoe and configured to force the friction shoe in a radially inward direction. A predetermined rotation of the rotor plate imparts a centrifugal force on the friction shoe sufficient to overcome the biasing force of the biasing mechanism such that the friction shoe moves in a radially outward direction.
