Patent number: 12236426Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and system for dynamically processing financial transactions. The method includes receiving a transaction request including at least one unique identifier field to transfer payment into an account associated with a payment instrument and authorizing the transaction request based on one or more predetermined rules. The payment instrument is used at an electronic device by a merchant for transfer of the payment from a merchant account. Thereafter, the method includes generating a direct fund transfer message based on the at least one unique identifier field upon authorization of the transaction request and transmitting the direct fund transfer message to an issuer associated with the merchant account for authentication of the direct fund transfer message. Lastly, the method includes transferring dynamically the payment from the merchant account to the account associated with the payment instrument when the direct fund transfer message is authenticated by the issuer.Type: GrantFiled: March 12, 2021Date of Patent: February 25, 2025Assignee: Visa International Service AssociationInventors: Rohit Sukhija, Rahul Singhal, Surendra Vyas

Patent number: 11560238Abstract: A technique for operating an aerial vehicle involves enabling a vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) propeller of the aerial vehicle to rotate freely. The VTOL propeller is coupled with a VTOL motor (e.g., a 3-phase brushless DC motor). The technique further involves detecting when the VTOL propeller rotates to a predefined position relative to a direction of flight for the aerial vehicle (e.g., when blades of the VTOL propeller extend along an axis that is parallel to the direction of flight). The technique further involves, in response to detecting that the VTOL propeller has rotated to the predefined position, providing a load from the VTOL motor that inhibits further rotation of the VTOL propeller. Accordingly, while the aerial vehicle is in fixed wing horizontal flight, the controller is able to align the VTOL propeller in the direction of horizontal flight to minimize drag from the VTOL propeller.Type: GrantFiled: May 14, 2020Date of Patent: January 24, 2023Assignee: Textron Systems CorporationInventors: James Eppink, Surendra Vyas

Patent number: 10650207Abstract: Embodiments are directed to methods and systems to increase flow and throughput of particular data through the use of a machine readable code with portion analysis. The machine readable code may be generated by a transaction processing network and correspond with one or more resource provider computers. When data is received by the transaction processing network that corresponds with one of the resource provider computers, a portion of the machine readable code that is proportional to a size or measurement of the data may be provided in exchange for the data. The recipient of the portion of the code and, once the recipient collects a predetermined number of machine readable code portions to complete the machine readable code, the complete machine readable code may be scanned and transmitted back to the transaction processing network to be exchanged for additional information or to initiate further processing.Type: GrantFiled: July 26, 2018Date of Patent: May 12, 2020Assignee: Visa International Service AssociationInventors: Surendra Vyas, Som Madhab Bhattacharya
