Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and system for automating execution of processes by a process automation system. The process automation system captures environment data and application data associated with at least one of applications and systems which are utilized for performing a process and records each of user actions performed on at least one of the applications and the systems with reference to the environment data. The process automation system determines one or more automation rules for each set of connected user actions within and between the at least one of the applications and the systems from the recorded user actions for execution of a corresponding activity in the process and creates an execution sequence comprising the one or more automation rules for automating the process.

Abstract: A computer implemented system and method for managing a stack containing a plurality of documents. The system scans and manages documents provided by the users in form of batches. Multiple users can provide the documents to be managed in form of a stack that contains the documents separated by separating pages and submission forms. The submission forms are then identified by the system to identify the batches and allot track numbers to the identified batches for future reference. Documents within the batches are identified by the separating pages and are allotted barcodes for identification. These documents are scanned and processed to obtain quality checked images of the documents which are then stored in a central repository. The system allows the users to change/set prioritization of a request or document type and also allows automatic indexing, routing of the transactions, processing, quality checking, and modification in the scanned images.

Abstract: The present disclosure envisages a computer implemented non-intrusive remote monitoring and capturing system for remotely monitoring operations on a plurality of workstations from an administrator. The system includes a first application installed on the workstations and a second application on the administrator. The first application executed on the workstations and the second executed on the administrator communicates with each other via a network. The first application of the workstation receives an electronic signal from a supervisor administering the administrator. The first application includes a first receiver having an extractor which is capable of extracting a first operation and a second operation command from the received electronic signal.
