Abstract: A system described herein may maintain policy information associating a plurality of network credentials with respective device identifiers of User Equipment (“UEs”) that are authorized to use respective network credentials to access a network. The system may receive network monitoring information indicating that a particular UE, associated with a particular device identifier, is accessing the network using a particular network credential; compare the particular device identifier and the particular network credential to the policy information; determine, based on comparing the particular device identifier and the particular network credential to the policy information, that the particular UE is not authorized to use the particular network credential; and output a notification to the network that the particular UE is not authorized to use the particular network credential to access the network, wherein the network suspends the particular network credential based on the notification.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods that provide a framework that enables user to delegate other users as operators of their securely held account credentials via services backed by OAuth protocols. The disclosed framework provides functionality for users to be delegated access to other users' account credentials, information and resources for the performance of specific electronic transactions. The framework operates by connecting two OAuth registered users so that one user can perform an electronic transaction using another user's securely held credentials upon approval by the other user. This ensures that each electronic transaction is securely held and performed, and operated under the control of the delegator despite performance of the transaction by the delegatee involving the delegator's account information.

Abstract: A proxy is in communication with an internet protocol network and a mobile operator network. The proxy receives first communications from access points via the internet protocol network, transmits content from the first communications to the mobile operator network, receives second communications from the mobile operator network, and transmits content from the second communications to the access points via the internet protocol network. The proxy may perform operations based on the first and second communications received from either the access points, or from the mobile operator network. The operations performed by the proxy may include modifying the communications, saving certain information regarding the communications, performing authentication, encryption, or decryption of the communications, determining a destination for the communications, or sending the communications to a destination.

At least a portion of session information associated with a first session is saved; and in response to detecting an unexpected degradation of the first session, reestablishment of the first session is triggered using the portion of the session information.

Techniques for enabling a dormant access terminal in communication with a radio access network to maintain a point-to-point (PPP) session with a packet data serving node as the dormant access terminal moves from a coverage area associated with a first radio node controller to a coverage area associated with a second radio node controller prior to a completion of a backhaul connection setup by the first radio node controller.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for providing multiple connection modes in a CAD tool or other computer program for integrated circuit design. The apparatus includes a graphical editor for entering and modifying, in memory, circuit elements of an integrated circuit layout. Within the apparatus is an implicit connection generator for automatically extracting electrical connections between the circuit elements in the layout, the generator representing the connections by connectivity data stored in a design database contained within memory. Also within the apparatus is an explicit wiring generator for creating and preserving electrical connections between the circuit elements in response to user commands from the editor. The explicit wiring generator represents the connections by connectivity data stored in the design database.
