  • Patent number: 11627193
Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with generating a corrective action data structure for a set of remote devices based upon corrective actions are described. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving application activity data from a plurality of remote devices. The application activity data is analyzed to determine a set of application activities associated with each of the plurality of remote devices, and the sets of application activities are analyzed to determine one or more challenges associated with a set of remote devices of the plurality of remote devices. Corrective actions are determined for each of the one or more challenges, and a corrective action data structure is generated for the set of remote devices based upon the corrective actions.

  • Patent number: 11605140
Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for an interactive analytics platform responsive to data inquiries. These aspects include identifying a request for energy consumption data of an energy user from a user in a live interaction with the energy user. A utility bill as well as energy consumption data associated with the second user may be retrieved using an authentication of the second user. Energy consumption factors that influence a billing amount of the utility bill may be identified based on the energy consumption data. An interface with specific billing insights that correspond to the energy consumption factors is generated. The specific billing insights provide an explanation as to why the billing amount of the utility bill exceeded a cost expectation of the second user. The interface mapped with the utility bill may be provided for display.

  • Patent number: 10736157
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing multitenancy gaming platform services are presented. In one embodiment a method for providing multitenancy gaming platform services comprises receiving, at a server computer, a request from one of a plurality of applications for an operation associated with a service, the request including a token, data related to an application, and a target user identifier. The method further comprises, decoding the token to determine an application identifier and a user identifier. The method further comprises, determining which service of a plurality of multitenancy gaming platform services is requested, and sending the data related to the application to a second server computer responsible for the service, wherein the operation is authorized by the second server computer based on the user identifier and target user identifier. The method further comprises receiving a response from the second server computer responsible for the service, indicating a status of the operation.

  • Patent number: 10504081
Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology relate to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for interactive analytics platform responsive to data inquiries. These aspects include initiating, on one or more computing devices, a follow-up communication to an energy user based on one or more interactions between a billing advisor user and a billing advisor interface to a utility bill associated with an energy user. Content associated with the one or more interactions can be identified using the one or more computing devices. The content may identify information responsive to a data inquiry from the energy user. The follow-up communication can be generated with the identified content using the one or more computing devices for transmission to the energy user.
