  • Publication number: 20240118056
Abstract: A shield (3) is mounted in the driver's side window frame (7) of a vehicle by a lower support (5) containing a flat spring (49) which releasably pushes the shield against the upper window frame. A stand-off (17, 18) at the upper end of the shield spaces other portions the upper edge of the shield from the window frame. A shield handgrip (9) is angled 45° with respect to a lower edge of the shield, to permit the shield to be carried with one apex of the shield up.

  • Patent number: 6713224
Abstract: A black and white silver halide motion picture sound recording film is disclosed comprising a transparent support bearing at least one silver halide emulsion layer and an antihalation layer comprising filter dye which is incorporated in the form of a solid particle dispersion which is readily solubilized and removed or decolorized upon standard processing in the D-97 process as specified in Kodak publication H-24, so as to result in a minimum density of 0.07 or less.

  • Patent number: 6458521
Abstract: The invention provides a color photographic element that contains a coupler useful for forming a neutral silver-based image. Such couplers are particularly useful to provide an auxiliary silver-based image for optically recording a sound track in color motion picture films.

  • Patent number: 6416943
Abstract: The invention provides a color photographic element suitable for forming both a colored dye image and a neutral silver-based image, comprising a support bearing at least one light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler capable of forming a colored dye upon development, and bearing a further light-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler which is capable of releasing a thiovinyl group upon development that is capable of reacting to form a neutral silver-based image.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 14, 2000
Date of Patent: July 9, 2002
    Assignee: Eastman Kodak Company

  • Patent number: 5478712
Abstract: A ballasted amine is incorporated in a silver halide photographic element which contains a 2,4-disulfonamidophenol which functions as a scavenger for oxidized developing agent. The 2,4-disulfonamidophenol serves to avoid color contamination while the ballasted amine serves to reduce dye stain.
