  • Publication number: 20240163283
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for implementing authentication control protocols via components of entity device. In particular, the system may be configured to determine initiation of a resource interaction by a user at an entity device, control one or more components of the entity device to cause the entity device to capture a real-time image of the user, compare the real-time image captured via the entity device with an updated enhanced user image stored in a data file of the user, in response to comparing the real-time image with the updated enhanced user image, determine if the real-time image matches the updated enhanced user image, and implement one or more authentication control protocols based on determining if the real-time image matches the updated enhanced user image.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for identifying and redirecting incoming unauthorized data access requests. The system is configured for continuously monitoring one or more incoming data access requests from one or more sources, identifying that a data access request of the one or more incoming data access requests is an unauthorized request, redirecting the data access request to a controlled environment, performing one or more actions in the controlled environment to capture one or more interactions associated with the data access request within the controlled environment, and automatically generating one or more controls to secure a real-time environment based on the one or more interactions captured within the controlled environment.

  • Publication number: 20240127241
Abstract: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for electronic resource transfer authentication via a user characteristic data verification engine. The system receives a request to transfer electronic resources from a first endpoint device of a merchant. The system then identifies a resource vehicle owner associated with the electronic resource transfer, identifies at least one second endpoint device, then transmits a request for verification from the entity to the at least one second endpoint device, utilizing an application programming interface. The user characteristic feedback hardware of the at least one second endpoint device collects identifier data from the user of the at least one second endpoint device, and a user characteristic data verification engine is initiated and thereafter determines a binary identification output. An entirety of the electronic resources are distributed to the merchant based on the binary identification output.

  • Publication number: 20130095512
Abstract: A biomolecule partitioning device (BPD) is provided that can be used to separate and sort membrane species into raft-like membrane regions without using detergent or crosslinkers. The BPD can comprise one or more microfluidic channels coated with coexistent lipid phases (raft-like and fluid-like lipid compositions) as a contiguous supported lipid bilayer (SLB). The geometry of the phases can be patterned with spatial and temporal control within each channel. Methods for the separation and sorting are also provided. The method can comprise the steps of introducing cell membrane species into an SLB; patterning coexistent phases; applying an electric field or hydrodynamic flow to move the species; sorting migrating species into regions based on their partitioning preference; and collecting sorted species in a quantification area. The BPD can also be used to measure partitioning kinetics or to assay for activity changes of biomolecules as a function of local lipid environment.

  • Publication number: 20110184712
Abstract: Biomarkers useful for diagnosing and assessing the extent of coronary artery disease (CAD) are provided, along with kits for measuring their expression. The invention also provides predictive models, based on the biomarkers, as well as computer systems, and software embodiments of the models for scoring and optionally classifying samples. In a preferred embodiment, the biomarkers are organized into clustered groups. The expression level of the biomarkers within a group are highly correlated to each other in normal and disease states. Expression values of genes chosen from each of two, three, four or five of the clustered gene groups, A, B, C, D, E may be used. Alternatively, expression values of genes chosen from the groups are combined into a metagene.

  • Publication number: 20070248708
Abstract: Apparatus for making a reinforced absorbent member includes a forming chamber adapted to contain a fluent fibrous material. A forming surface is moveable within the forming chamber along an arcuate path generally from an entrance of the forming chamber to an exit thereof. The forming surface is adapted to collect fibrous material thereon to form the absorbent member. A source of reinforcing web is disposed generally exterior of the forming chamber. The forming chamber has an opening through which the reinforcing web is received into the forming chamber for subsequent conveyance within the forming chamber toward the forming surface. The opening is disposed downstream of the forming chamber entrance generally in the direction of movement of the forming surface along the path.
