Abstract: A teething pacifier comprising a pacifier guard having two opposing sides, a nipple extending outwardly from one side of the pacifier guard and a handle associated with the opposite side of the pacifier guard. The handle includes a first teething material and a second teething material having a substantially similar hardness as that of the first teething material. The second teething material is molded over the first teething material to create a varied teething surface on the handle for infant teething thereon. The first teething material may further include an overmold enhancing surface such as a keyway extending around the handle, at least one flat face extending around the handle and/or at least one recess extending around the circumference of the handle at select points on the handle.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a set of interconnecting letterform segments, in the discernable shapes of letters, numerals, and mathematical operators. Each segment comprises a length of body material defining an inner region having an access opening to enable the letterform segments to be releasably coupled with other segments—to enable the linked spelling of words and the linked construction of mathematical expressions.

The nipple extends from one side of the pacifier guard, while a connection hub is associated with the opposing side. The teething handle is pivotally connected to the hub, and further includes a first teething material and a second teething material which is at least partially distinct from the first teething material. In one construction, the first teething material is a harder, more rigid material which comprises the handle substrate, and the second teething material is a softer, more compressive material which is overmolded onto the first teething material substrate. In another construction, the softer second teething material forms the handle substrate, and the more rigid first teething material is overmolded onto the second teething material substrate.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a teething bib having a front side, a back side, an upper portion, a bottom portion, an outer periphery having an outer peripheral edge and teething material operably associated with at least a portion of the outer periphery of the bib. The teething material preferably emanates from the outer peripheral edge of the bib, and may extend around the entire outer periphery. The teething material may also includes gaps. The bib includes an opening for an infant's head, and may also include a fastening member for folding the bottom of the bib into a pocket for the collection of food or liquid during feeding.
