Abstract: A flexible composite band to identify an individual drinking container with at least two layers of material and method of manufacture and use are disclosed. The first layer is a flexible layer generally constructed from elastic. The second layer is a decorative layer that can be customized to suite one's tastes and is attached directly to the elastic layer. Once this composite flexible identification band is formed it can be placed around drinking containers of various sizes and shapes and allow for easy identification of a drinking container due to the unique decorative layer.
