Abstract: Embodiments relate to a method. The method comprises: communicating an invite for an event to a guest device; receiving at least one of a response and an event attending venue from the guest device in reply to the invite; automatically determining a first locale of a guest based on the event attending venue; automatically generating a purchase order for the guest based on the first locale, a second locale, and an input received from a host device; and automatically communicating the purchase order to a vendor at a predefined time prior to the event based on the first locale of the guest. The invite comprises at least one of event information, host information, guest information, activity information, budget information, vendor information, and reward information.
