  • Publication number: 20240109652
Abstract: A blade for use in a rotor of an aircraft is swept in a region extending to a blade tip from a first position located between the rotation center of the rotor and the blade tip in a radial direction of the VTOL rotor, the sweep amount increases from the first position toward the blade tip, and the rate of change of the sweep amount in a region extending to the blade tip from a second position located between the first position and the blade tip in the radial direction of the VTOL rotor, is greater than the rate of change of the sweep amount in a region extending from the first position to the second position.

  • Publication number: 20240109653
Abstract: In a state where lift is generated in a front wing and a rear wing, a control device for an aircraft controls the pitch of each blade and the stopped state rotation angle of each VTOL rotor to control the force generated in each VTOL rotor in a state where rotation of the VTOL rotor is stopped, thereby applying a force to a fuselage.

  • Patent number: 11781849
Abstract: An inspection master can perform three- and five-axis measurements wherein measurement in a rotation axis or/and turning axis direction for a five-axis processing machine is added. In one aspect, peripheral-surface spherical reference portions protrudes laterally on a peripheral surface of a master main body having a tubular shape, including the peripheral surface and an upper surface, and an upper reference ball for detection of an inclination angle of the body protrudes upward on the upper surface. The reference portions are provided at two or more portions of the peripheral surface in a circumferential direction thereof. In another aspect, an upper reference ball protrudes upward on the upper surface, and upper-surface spherical reference portions protrudes upward at one or more portions of the upper surface on an outer side with respect to the ball. In another aspect, both the peripheral-surface and upper-surface spherical reference portions are on the master main body.

  • Patent number: 11293745
Abstract: In an inspection master, an upper-surface oblique reference portion opened obliquely upward is provided on an upper surface of a master main body including the upper surface and a peripheral surface. In an inspection master, a peripheral-surface oblique reference portion opened obliquely upward is provided on a peripheral surface of a master main body including an upper surface and the peripheral surface. In either of those cases, an upper-surface vertical reference portion opened vertically can be provided on the upper surface, and a peripheral-surface lateral reference portion opened laterally can be provided on the peripheral surface. Further, a reference ball for use in obtaining an inclination angle of the master main body inclined during accuracy inspection for a five-axis processing machine is provided at a center portion of the upper surface.

  • Patent number: 6782730
Abstract: A plurality of fixing holes are made in the upper and side faces of a hollow rectangular prism block body at least the top and four side faces of which are quartz glass or monocrystalline quartz rectangular plates. A plurality of reference members, each having a reference measuring face with which the fore end of a probe of a measuring apparatus is brought into contact, are inserted into the fixing holes, respectively, and secured in place. An inspection master block ensuring a high inspection accuracy by minimizing the effect of ambient temperature variation and a method for producing the same are thereby provided.

  • Patent number: 6601310
Abstract: A transfer apparatus of a testing master block for a coordinate measuring machine which enables a testing master block to be transferred on to a measurement table of the measuring machine quickly without human intervention and can be easily attached to an existing measuring machine with a small installation space, provided with a moving member for moving a testing master block for a measuring machine between a retracted position near an end of a measurement table of the measuring machine and a measurement position on the measurement table. When measuring a workpiece, the moving member or testing master block is retracted to a retracted position to enable the measurement table as a whole to be made effective use of in the measurement work. Between measurement operations of workpieces, the testing master block can be quickly moved and transferred to the measurement position to inspect the accuracy of the measuring machine itself or check the operation.

  • Patent number: 6513253
Abstract: A gauge for a coordinate measuring machine has a plurality of balls whose centers are located on at least one line inclined with respect to a reference axis in a virtual reference plane. The gauge is set on a measuring table of the coordinate measuring machine. Orthogonal coordinates in which one of the coordinate axes is identical to the reference axis are set in the virtual reference plane. The coordinates of the center of each ball are measured by the coordinate measuring machine. Thereafter, the gauge is turned and inverted by 180 degrees about the reference axis and is set again on the measuring table. Orthogonal coordinates in which one of the coordinate axes is identical to the reference axis are set in the virtual reference plane. The coordinates of the center of each ball are measured in the same way as above. Thus, measurement errors of the straightness of the machine axes of the coordinate measuring machine and the orthogonality between the machine axes can be easily and precisely evaluated.
