  • Patent number: 6486095
Abstract: In an agricultural chemicals formulation which is scattered by being thrown directly into a paddy field filled with water, it is an object to provide a composition having an excellent spreadability without stagnation of an agrochemically active ingredient at the point of throwing, and in particular to provide a labor-saving formulation for scattering (application) which contains a liquid agrochemically active ingredient at room temperature, and to provide an agricultural chemicals formulation containing a liquid agrochemically active ingredient at room temperature in high concentrations, which have been difficult to be realized. The agricultural chemicals formulation for a rice paddy field is produced by preparing a granular composition in a manner that a mixture of a liquid agrochemically active ingredient at room temperature, a surfactant, and a substance exhibiting a thickening function or a gelation function in the water, is held and carried by a granular nucleus, and packing it with a water-soluble film.

  • Publication number: 20020074560
Abstract: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes an orthogonal modulator that maintains carrier leak characteristics regardless of attenuation of an output signal level. The orthogonal modulator includes a phase shifter circuit and generates a modulation signal. An auto gain controller amplifies the modulation signal to generate an amplified modulation signal. A gain adjusting circuit adjusts a gain of the phase shifter circuit in accordance with a control signal.

  • Patent number: 5913978
Abstract: A gas is supplied to a second chamber so that the pressure in the second chamber is raised to a predetermined level. A communication passage is provided for internally connecting the first and second chambers. When the pressure in the first chamber attains the predetermined level, the gas is allowed to flow from the second chamber into the first chamber through the communication passage. A gas flow can be checked when an open-close door is opened to connect the chambers. Thus, there is no substantial gas flow, so that particles can be prevented from being flung up.

  • Patent number: 5741874
Abstract: A method for producing a poly(vinyl chloride) comprises polymerizing vinyl chloride or a mixture of copolymerizable monomers containing vinyl chloride as the main component, in an aqueous medium, wherein the polymerization is carried out in a reaction vessel which is formed by arranging partition plates at certain intervals at right angles to the outer surface of an inner barrel and overlaying outer strips on and between the free ends of the partition plates to thereby form a flow passage unit having a flow passage for a heating medium defined by the partition plates, the inner barrel and the outer strips ("a temperature control element"); fixing the temperature control element in a vessel body so as to oppose the side of the outer strips with a gap to the inner surface of the vessel body, and sealing the upper and lower portions of the gap formed between the outer strip side of the temperature control element and the inner surface of the vessel body to form a gap chamber.

  • Patent number: 5609689
Abstract: A cooling table for cooling a processed object of process in a vacuum reserve chamber is provided with support members, which support the object with predetermined gaps between the object and the table, so that the processed object can be cooled without directly touching the cooling table. Accordingly, no chemical reactions attributable to the plane contact between the object of process and the cooling table can be caused, so that the object cannot be contaminated. Even if the object is somewhat warped and subjected to fine vibrations by rapid cooling, moreover, it never rubs against the cooling table, so that no particles can be produced. Further, a preheating device for preheating the unprocessed object is provided overlying the cooling table. Thus, the vacuum reserve chamber can be used for preheating the unprocessed object as well as for cooling the processed object, so that the throughput can be improved.

  • Patent number: 5594382
Abstract: A constant voltage circuit adapted for connection between high voltage power source and low voltage power source terminals respectively to output a constant voltage signal from an output terminal in response to a control signal inputted to an input terminal. The circuit has a resistor circuit including a MOS transistor for connection to the high voltage power source and activated in response to the control signal. A current mirror section is connected between the resistor circuit and the low voltage power source terminal to generate an output voltage to be outputted from the output terminal. A feedback section is connected between the resistor circuit and the low voltage power source terminal to control the current mirror section to keep the output voltage constant by detecting deviation of the output voltage.

  • Patent number: 5528171
Abstract: A signal level converter is disclosed, for converting a signal having a first logic voltage swing characteristic to a signal having a second voltage swing characteristic. The converter comprises a level converting section and a differential circuit coupled thereto. The level converting section converts the supplied signal at the first logic voltage swing to an intermediate signal at a logic voltage swing different from the first voltage swing. The differential circuit 3, being supplied with the intermediate signal, produces an output signal at the second voltage swing level that corresponds to the potential difference between a high and low potential power supplies.

  • Patent number: 5088697
Abstract: A susceptor is located in a treating space of a CVD apparatus with a wafer placed in contact with a first surface of a susceptor. The susceptor is heated by a heating source to impart the heat to the wafer. A treating gas is supplied into a treating space and decomposed in a course of a reaction to form a film on the wafer. A guard ring is located on a second surface of the susceptor which is situated around the first surface of the susceptor. The guard ring and wafer are heated by the susceptor in the same way. The surface of the susceptor is substantially not exposed between the guard ring and the wafer and a temperature on the exposed surface of the guard ring and that on the exposed surface of the wafer are nearly equal to each other.
