Publication number: 20220279925Abstract: In the present invention of a storage case, a space can be saved in the packing form. The skeleton frame of the storage case includes a pair of left and right side frames, a connecting pipe connecting the front end portions of the side frames, and a back panel connecting the rear end portions of the side frames. Therefore, in the skeleton frame, the bottom wall of the case can be supported by the support portion of the side frame without providing the bottom plate that supports the entire bottom wall of the case. As a result, when the storage case is disassembled, it is not necessary to vertically stack the bottom plates that receive the entire bottom wall of the case from below, so that it is possible to save space in the packing form of the storage case.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 28, 2020Publication date: September 8, 2022Applicant: Iris Ohyama Inc.Inventor: Susumu KOBAYASHI

Patent number: 11350744Abstract: In a skeleton frame of a storage box, a boundary frame, front columns, and rear columns are integrally formed. Therefore, the ease of assembly of the storage box can be improved. In addition, gouged portions that are depressed inward in a width direction from an outermost shape in the width direction of the boundary frame are formed in both side portions in the width direction of the boundary frame. When the skeleton frames are nested, the front columns of the skeleton frame on a lower side are disposed in the gouged portions of the skeleton frame on an upper side. Accordingly, even in the skeleton frame where the rear columns and the front columns are integrally formed with the boundary frame, the skeleton frames can be nested in a vertically stacked state.Type: GrantFiled: July 23, 2020Date of Patent: June 7, 2022Assignee: IRIS OHYAMA INC.Inventor: Susumu Kobayashi

Patent number: 10704807Abstract: An ultralow binary refrigeration apparatus, which cools an enclosed space to an ultralow temperature of ?80° C. or lower to be used for storing cells or microorganisms, for example, without posing worries in regard of Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Global Warming Potential (GWP), and which is excellent in refrigerant stability, can dispense with an oil separator, and enables a reduction in the amount of refrigerant, or a reduction in the power output of the compressor. The object is achieved by a binary refrigeration apparatus configured by connecting a high temperature refrigeration cycle and a low temperature refrigeration cycle via a cascade condenser, in which the high temperature refrigeration cycle is filled with propane as a refrigerant and a refrigerator oil, while the low temperature refrigeration cycle is filled with a hydrocarbon having a boiling point of ?80° C. or lower as a refrigerant, a refrigerator oil, and an oil return agent.Type: GrantFiled: March 25, 2015Date of Patent: July 7, 2020Assignee: PHC HOLDINGS CORPORATIONInventors: Susumu Kobayashi, Hiroyuki Satou

Publication number: 20190276184Abstract: A box body has fitting ribs and fitting target portions that are provided on a lower end portion of side walls of the box body and used when a plurality of box bodies are nested. The lower end portions of the side walls are connected to the bottom wall of the box body. In other words, the fitting ribs and the fitting target portions are provided on the side walls at areas subjected to a relatively small amount of displacement. Therefore, the amount of displacement of the fitting ribs and the fitting target portions, which may occur when the sidewalls subjected to deflection deformation, can be significantly reduced. Therefore, even when the box body has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped box shape opening upward and forward, the box bodies in the nested state achieve reliable stability.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2019Publication date: September 12, 2019Inventor: Susumu KOBAYASHI
