    Abstract: A winder for a baggage area cover sheet for an automobile automatically winds the cover sheet set in the baggage area by a winding drum which is energized by aid of rotation of a torsion coil spring. At the inner walls on both sides of the car, a securing device is fixed which includes, a pair of pressing members or a pair of pressing member and a latching member. The securing device maintains the winder in position by pressing it from both sides or one side.
