  • Patent number: 5880726
Abstract: A stock information display method wherein, when a screen pattern and a stock are entered, stock information regarding the entered stock on display types specified by the entered screen pattern is displayed in accordance with a division pattern designated by the screen pattern. An information terminal wherein an auxiliary memory is equipped with a linkage registration table for storing, as screen patterns, a plurality of screen division patterns and the types of information to be displayed at respective display locations on a divided screen. When a screen pattern and a stock are entered, a controller reads from a main memory the stock information regarding the entered stock on the display types corresponding to the entered screen pattern, creates display data in accordance with a format of the division pattern which corresponds to the screen pattern, and supplies the created data to a display unit.

  • Patent number: 4146747
Abstract: A sub-carrier switching signal is fed to a double balanced multiplier only when a pilot signal is detected, and the separation of the right and left channel outputs of the multiplier is performed only after the level of the pilot signal reaches a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 4076963
Abstract: A pilot signal cancelling circuit for an FM multiplex demodulator wherein the amplitude of the cancelling signal tracks that of the pilot signal contained in or mixed into the composite signal. The amplified composite signal is synchronously detected with the fixed amplitude 19 KHz pilot signal extracted by a phase lock loop 2, and the detector output is filtered to remove high frequency components and then converted to a current variation in a d.c. amplifier 13. The output of the latter is fed to a current controlled attenuator 14 together with the fixed amplitude pilot signal, and the level adjusted attenuator output is then inverted, divided into left and right channel components by the 38 KHz sub-carrier signals, and fed to adders in the multiplex demodulator outputs to cancel the pilot signal components therein.

  • Patent number: 3987399
Abstract: A radio receiver using an oscillator to generate a desired frequency at equal intervals as a local oscillator is disclosed. The radio receiver includes a time constant circuit initiated by turning on the receiver power supply. A pulse signal generator is controlled by the time constant circuit and generates a pulse after a desired time. This pulse is applied to the local oscillator to vary temporarily its oscillating frequency, thereby enabling the oscillating frequency of the local oscillator to be pulled into a frequency corresponding to a desired broadcasting station. A control voltage generator responsive to the IF amplifier and detector of the receiver operates to block the output of the pulse signal generator when it is detected that the frequency of the local oscillator has pulled into the frequency corresponding to the desired broadcasting station.
