Abstract: A project management system is provided. The project management system includes an information access module, a performance management module, a performance index determination module, and a performance result output module. The project management system is configured to manage at least one project and is adapted for integrating a plurality of projects, so as to control and manage the project management performance of a department or inter-department and multiple levels. The project management system can use non-monetary units, such as working hours, number of work package, or number of activity, to evaluate performance.
