    Abstract: A device and method of use of a hose support device for supporting hoses that extend from an animal attached milking machine to a central milk collection system is disclosed. Adaptation to animal size and position in the stall is provided with a coarse adjustment of the hose support tree. Finer adjustment for optimizing milk flow and preserving animal health is accomplished by providing a selection of hose positions that also hold the hose in position. Further adaptations include attachment to milking stalls of differing configurations including rotary milking parlors.

The first method includes the steps of (1) querying a customer about a level of service desired for a customer defect analysis project; (2) configuring a customer defect data collection tool for ODC; (3) adapting a defect data transfer tool to transfer defect data from the defect data collection tool; (4) transferring the defect data to a database structured to be accessible by an ODC analysis tool; and (5) performing ODC analysis on the defect data using the ODC analysis tool.     Abstract: A probe (1) is designed to propagate and radiate microwave electromagnetic energy in a controlled fashion. The probe (1) includes at least one waveguide (2) of cross-section which would not normally pass microwaves at the operational frequency. The waveguide (2) therefore includes dielectric material (5), such as alumina, in the form of a rod an exposed portion of which forms an antenna. The probe is preferably for use in endometrial ablation and therefore the reduced dimension of the waveguide can be made compatible with the narrow neck of the uterus.
