    Abstract: A compound of the formula ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof, in which R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group selected from n-propyl, i-propyl, n-butyl, i-butyl and sek.butyl, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are the same or different and represent an alkyl group selected from ethyl, n-propyl, and i-propyl, or R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 together with the nitrogen atom may form a pyrrolidine or piperidine ring, and n is 2 or 3. Pharmaceutical preparations containing these compounds are useful as local anesthetics.
