  • Publication number: 20240067185
Abstract: A technique for determining and compensating for a dead time of at least one actuator for lateral guidance or longitudinal guidance of a motor vehicle includes a device including at least one sensor or at least one sensor interface for detecting at least one actual value of a state of motion of the lateral guidance or longitudinal guidance. A unit of determination of the device is configured to determine the dead time of at least one actuator by comparing at least one target value of the state of motion calculated from a dynamic model with the recorded at least one actual value. A control unit of the device is configured to control the actuator depending on the detected state of motion and the certain dead time of at least one actuator, wherein the control unit outputs time-preceding control signals to the actuator around the dead time.

  • Publication number: 20220185635
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling a load suspended on a cord, wherein the movable load has a controllable actuator, and a control unit is provided, which is configured to use control commands for controlling the actuator in order to predict a load countermovement to be expected, so as to compensate for and/or prevent the load countermovement by controlling at least one compensating device controlled by the control unit.

  • Publication number: 20220016693
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing metal components, consisting at least partially of a copper alloy, comprising the following alloy components in wt. %: 0 wt. %<Sn?8 wt. %; 0 wt. %<Zn?6 wt. %; 0.1 wt. %?S?0.7 wt. %; optionally no more than 0.2 wt. % phosphorus; optionally no more than 0.1 wt. % antimony; and optionally iron, zirconium and/or boron alone or in a combination of two or more of said elements of no more than 0.3 wt. %; and unavoidable impurities, and the rest being copper. The method comprises the following stages: (a) melting the copper alloy: (b) producing press blanks from the copper alloy; and (c) pressing the press blanks at a suitable pressing temperature to form the metal components. The invention also relates to a metal component which has been produced according to a method of this type.

  • Publication number: 20170190035
Abstract: The invention relates to a tool device (1) for connecting a plastic tube or a metal/plastic composite tube to a fitting with a sliding or pressing sleeve, comprising a housing (2); an expansion device (3) for expanding the ends of the plastic tube or the metal/plastic composite tube; a sliding device (4) for sliding on the sliding sleeve or a pressing device for pressing on the pressing sleeve; and a drive element (5) which can be operated mechanically and which can be actuated in a switchable manner in order to drive the expansion device (3) or in order to drive the sliding or pressing device (4). The expansion device (3) and the sliding or pressing device (4) are connected to the housing (2), and the drive element (5) can be switched between driving the expansion device (3) and driving the sliding or pressing device (4) by rotating the housing (2) relative to the drive element (5).

  • Patent number: 9586310
Abstract: A tool device for connecting a plastic pipe or composite metal/plastic pipe to a fitting using a sliding sleeve or compression sleeve. The device includes a housing; a flaring device for flaring the ends of the plastic pipe or composite metal/plastic, pipe; a sliding device for sliding the sliding sleeve on or a pressing device for pressing the compression sleeve on; and a mechanically operable drive element. The drive element can be switched to drive the flaring device or to drive the sliding device or pressing device. The flaring device includes a first piston-cylinder unit, whose working piston has a piston axis and which has an inner end and an end oriented away from the tool device. The sliding device or pressing device includes a second piston-cylinder unit, whose working piston has a second piston axis and which has an inner end and an end oriented away from the tool device.
