Patent number: 9698633Abstract: A transducer contains a rotor, on which permanent magnets are arranged in a concentrically radiant manner, and two stators are provided at both sides of the rotor. The stators are produced from a soft-magnetic material. Each stator contains a first stator section with radially outer supporting bars for first magnetic active faces of the stator being opposite the rotor and a second stator section with radial inner supporting bars for second magnetic active faces of the stators being opposite the rotor. An annular winding groove for receiving a winding is provided between the stator sections. Supporting bars are each arranged in an annular manner and each extend parallel to the rotor axis in the direction of the rotor. The magnetic active faces of the stators are end faces of projections which are uniformly spaced to one another and which protrude from the supporting bars in the direction of the rotor.Type: GrantFiled: August 30, 2013Date of Patent: July 4, 2017Assignee: Leantec Motor GmbHInventors: Rainer Lenz, Torsten Keller, Sven Schmidt, Thomas Bartsch, Philip Hennig, Erik Braune, Maik Hohmuth

Patent number: 8484997Abstract: A known method for producing a cylinder of quartz glass comprises a method step in which a porous SiO2 body comprising a central inner bore, a lower end and an upper end is sintered in a sintering furnace zone by zone, starting from the upper end, to obtain the quartz glass cylinder, a holding device being used by means of which the SiO2 body is held standing in vertical orientation during a first sintering phase and suspended in a second sintering phase.Type: GrantFiled: June 5, 2008Date of Patent: July 16, 2013Assignee: Heraeus Quarzglas GmbH & Co. Patent number: 8393179Abstract: Method for producing a semifinished product from synthetic quartz glass Methods for producing a semifinished product from synthetic quartz glass by plastic deformation of a softened SiO2 mass in a melt mold are known. Starting from this, to avoid fusion defects as much as possible and to obtain semifinished products of quartz glass in a reproducibly high quality, a method is suggested that comprises the following steps: (a) providing a porous SiO2 soot body, (b) zonewise sintering of the SiO2 soot body in the melt mold at a sintering temperature and during a sintering period with formation of a completely sintered transparent quartz glass body, and directly thereafter (c) shaping the sintered quartz glass body by softening in the melt mold with formation of a viscous quartz glass mass which fills the volume of the melt mold entirely or partly, and (d) cooling the quartz glass mass and removing the mass from the melt mold with formation of the semifinished product.Type: GrantFiled: May 23, 2007Date of Patent: March 12, 2013Assignee: Heraeus Quarzglas GmbH & Co. Publication number: 20050172676Abstract: According to a previously known method for producing a cylindrical quartz glass body having a low OH content, first an elongate, porous soot body is produced on a rotating support by flame-hydrolyzing a silicon-containing compound and removing layers of SiO2 particles, whereupon said soot body is subjected to a dehydration treatment and is vitrified in a vitrification furnace. The aim of the invention is to create a simple method which is based on said method and makes it possible to produce a quartz glass cylinder having a low OH content while evenly distributing the OH concentration without additional technical complexity. Said aim is achieved by subjecting the soot body to a pretreatment in protective gas and/or a vacuum in the vitrification furnace following the dehydration treatment but prior to the vitrification thereof, the soot body being heated to a temperature ranging between 100° C. and 1350° C. in a heating area.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 28, 2003Publication date: August 11, 2005Inventors: Knut Roselieb, Sven Schmidt
