Abstract: A device for batch dispensing granular material such as instant coffee and comprising a bottom portion (62) adapted for being screwed unto the neck of a container of granular material and a top portion (63) fixedly attached to the bottom portion with a disc portion (61) rotatably arranged therebetween, the bottom portion having a plate portion (64) with an aperture for allowing granular material to flow from said container into a passage (72) in said disc portion (61) when said disc portion (61) is in a first rotational position, and the top portion (63) having a plate portion (65) with an aperture for allowing granular material in said passage (72) to be dispensed to for instance a cup for preparing instant coffee when said disc portion (61) is in a second rotational position.

Abstract: There is described a hand-held grinding tool with a replaceable grinding-plate part, preferably comprising a steel plate, where on a grinding surface there is applied an abrasive coating in the form of grains of hard metal, which is preferably secured by soldering, the hand tool further comprising a handling part and clamping means for clamping the grinding-plate part to the handling part in a replaceable manner.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a sport of Ficus benjamina L., `Exotica` and is characterized by an exceptionally compact habit, with small leaves, and short internodes. The new cultivar is known as Ficus benjamina L. `Christine` and is especially suited for pot-plant production.

Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Ficus benjamina called `Lauren's Delight` is characterized by a distinct variegated foliage that displays irregular cream-colored margins and two shades of green, occurring in asymmetric shapes and sizes, in the central area of the leaf. Slight differences in leaf shape and variegation pattern between leaves add to the visual appearance of the plant. The plant is also characterized by small leaves averaging approximately 4.5 cm in length and 1.5 cm in width. A freely branching growth habit gives the plant a full and compact appearance.
