Patent number: 12510256Abstract: A greenhouse, for cold weather climates, is configured with a gable that is offset toward the north wall and therefore the south extension of the roof, from the gable to the south wall is longer than the north extension. A greater amount of light can enter through this south extension and the inside surface of the north wall is configured with a reflective surface to allow light to be more uniformly distributed around the plants. The north wall may have no widows and may be thermally insulated to prevent the greenhouse from getting too cold during the night. A ground to air heat transfer (GAHT) system may be configured to produce a flow of greenhouse air under the greenhouse for heat transfer, to moderate the temperature of the greenhouse. A thermal medium may flow to a thermal reservoir for heat exchange with the conduits of the GAHT system.Type: GrantFiled: July 22, 2024Date of Patent: December 30, 2025Assignee: Ceres Greenhouse Solutions LLCInventors: Marc Plinke, Swapnil Kumar, Lindsey Schiller, Christian Lee Houpe

Publication number: 20250392602Abstract: Embodiments of a method for facilitating spam blocking in a tiered software framework include: providing instructions to a machine learning module (MLM) to generate a threshold for classifying spam in messages generated in a tiered software framework. The instructions include inputs comprising government regulations; carrier guidelines; feedback on previously sent messages; and previously flagged messages. The instructions specify that the threshold is to prevent false positives while allowing false negatives. The method further includes, receiving the threshold according to the instructions from the MLM; parsing a message; automatically performing a semantic search using natural language processing for regulated content in the parsed message by comparing semantics of text of the parsed message to the inputs to find matches; assigning a score to the message based on matches found; and responsive to the score being higher than the threshold, blocking sending the message from the tiered software framework.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 2, 2025Publication date: December 25, 2025Applicant: HighLevel Inc.Inventors: Shivam Tiwari, Ashutosh Anand, Rishabh Rajput, Shubham Gupta, Hardik Bhatt, Swapnil Kumar, Shaun Clark, Robin Alex, Varun Vairavan

Patent number: 12432222Abstract: Embodiments of a method for facilitating spam blocking in a tiered software framework include: determining that a message template is generated in the tiered software framework, parsing the message template, automatically performing a semantic search for regulated content in the parsed message template, assigning a score to the message template based on the semantic search, and responsive to the score being higher than a predetermined threshold, blocking generating of any message from the message template. The tiered software framework comprises a first tier, a second tier, and a third tier, the second tier comprises accounts of a first plurality of subscribers, the third tier comprises subaccounts of the accounts, the subaccounts associated with a second plurality of subscribers, and the message template is associated with one of the subaccounts in the third tier.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2023Date of Patent: September 30, 2025Assignee: HighLevel Inc.Inventors: Shivam Tiwari, Ashutosh Anand, Rishabh Rajput, Shubham Gupta, Hardik Bhatt, Swapnil Kumar, Shaun Clark, Robin Alex, Varun Vairavan

Publication number: 20250143230Abstract: A multi-source ground-to-air heat transfer system is configured to store thermal energy during a cooling/dehumidification mode of operation for future use during a heating mode of operation. The multi-source ground-to-air heat transfer system utilizes a ground loop that is configured under an enclosure, such as a greenhouse, and is in thermal communication with a thermal reservoir medium to conduct and store heat. A thermal exchange fluid is pumped through the ground loop and ground heat exchanger and may receive heat from a condenser during a cooling/dehumidification mode of operation and may liberate heat to the evaporator during a heating mode. The enclosure air may receive heat from the heat pump during a heating mode and may liberate heat to the evaporator during a cooling/dehumidification mode. The heat exchange system may employ a heat pump having a reversing valve to change the mode of operation.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 13, 2025Publication date: May 8, 2025Inventors: Marc Adolf Ernst Plinke, Richard A. Gordon, Swapnil Kumar, Christian Lee Houpe
