Abstract: A method is used for manufacturing outer housings or shells for electric products or mobile communication devices and includes a base layer having an outer pattern and an inner peripheral portion, a cushioning layer is attached into the inner peripheral portion of the base layer to form a housing member of a shell, and burrs are removed from the housing member to form a smooth outer peripheral surface. An anti-static electricity material and/or natural fibers and/or wood chips and/or recycled cut off materials or waste plastic materials or particles and/or electric conductive materials may be engaged into the cushioning layer. A transparent cover layer may be applied onto the base layer.

Abstract: A shoe sole insert includes an upper member and a lower member, and a number of cells formed between the upper member and the lower member, the upper member includes an elastic pad and a pattern layer and a flexible envelope secured together, the lower member also includes an elastic pad and a pattern layer and a flexible envelope secured together, and the members each includes a number of recesses and depressions and receptacles aligned with each other, to form the cells of the shoe sole insert, and to increase elasticity and resilience for the shoe sole insert. The envelopes are transparent or semi-transparent, to allow patterns of the pattern layers to be seen through the envelopes.

Abstract: A shoe sole includes a cover layer, and a cushioning member disposed on the cover layer, for softly contacting and engaging with feet of users. The cushioning member may be made of gel, or fluidity materials, or soft materials, or the like. The cover layer includes an opening to partially receive the cushioning member. A basic layer may further be attached to the cover layer, and may include an opening aligned with the opening of the cover layer, to partially receive the cushioning member. The opening of the cover layer includes an area smaller than that of the opening of the basic layer, to anchor and position the cushioning member in the openings of the cover layer and the basic layer.

Abstract: A method for forming a laminated synthetic leather includes engaging a textile carrier onto a carrying roller and engaging a release liner onto a lamination roller, extruding one or more materials with an extruder machine into a film, and feeding the film downwardly onto the release liner and to have the film carried on the release liner, and to have the film and the release liner to be suitably cooled by the lamination roller. The film and the textile carrier may be compressed together with the rollers, to form the laminated synthetic leather. The release liner may include one or more flat or spatial patterns for transmitting to the film.

Abstract: A method for forming a laminated synthetic leather includes engaging a textile carrier onto a carrying roller, extruding one or more materials with an extruder machine into a film, and feeding the film downwardly onto a lamination roller to have the film carried on a portion of an outer peripheral portion of the lamination roller and to have the film to be suitably cooled by the lamination roller. The plug includes a needle passage to receive an air inflating needle. A protective bonnet is engaged onto the valve member and includes an outer wall member having one or more openings to allow air to flow into and out of the bladder. The protective bonnet has a flexible bottom panel capable of blocking the valve member by the pressurized air in the bladder. The wall member of the protective bonnet is bellows-shaped formed by one or more peripheral bulges and one or more peripheral recesses.

A liquid material may be mixed with the particles of waste and recycled materials for applying and attaching onto the outer peripheral surface of the object.
