Abstract: Systems and methods for capturing records for a patient of a visit with a healthcare provider from a plurality of users during a same timeframe. The method can include providing, via one or more processing circuits, a user interface comprising a plurality of sections. The sections can capture different pieces of information regarding the patient or the visit. The method can include detecting, using the processing circuits, that a first user is editing a first section. The method can include locking, using the processing circuits, responsive to detecting that the first user is editing the first section, the first section to editing by other users. The method can include detecting, using the processing circuits, that the first user has finished editing the first section. The method can include, responsive to detecting that the first user has finished editing the first section, unlocking, using the processing circuits, the first section.

Abstract: Systems and methods for synchronizing notes for a visit of a patient with a healthcare provider with a stored record for the patient. The method may include providing, by one or more processing circuits, a first user interface. The first user interface may capture information about the patient or the visit. The method may include obtaining an edit to the information from a first user. The method may include detecting a trigger event. In response, the processing circuits may finalize the edit from the first user. The method may include saving the edit to the stored record for the patient. The method may include pushing an update to at least one of the first user interface for the first user or a second user interface for a second user. Pushing the update may cause the first user interface or the second user interface to be updated based on the edit.

Abstract: An improved inflammable liquid safety tank comprising a double walled tank body with the tank walls being interconnected by support plates. An intermediate container is formed by the inner wall structure of the tank and is adapted to hold inflammable liquid. A pressurized gas bottle is threadably mounted to a sleeve secured to and extending into the intermediate container. The pressurized gas bottle is selectively connected to the intermediate container to pressurize liquid held in the intermediate container. The pressurized gas bottle also communicates with the tank to pressurize a foam, nonflammable fluid, or cleaning agent placed in the chamber or outer compartment defined by the outer wall structure of the intermediate container and the inner wall structure of the tank body so that the foam, fluid or agent will be expelled from the tank if the tank wall is accidentally punctured. The outer compartment is preferably pressurized at a lower pressure than the intermediate container.

Abstract: A gasoline safety tank system utilizing at least one safety tank, each safety tank comprising a tank body with interchangeable inlet and outlet fittings secured to the tank body. A conduit is connected to the inlet fitting and extending into the tank body adjacent the floor of the tank body and below the level of liquid placed in the tank. A pressurized carbon dioxide bottle is selectively connected to the inlet fitting and adapted to discharge pressurized gas into said safety tank through the conduit so that the gas bubbles up through the liquid in the tank into the top of said tank simultaneously cooling said liquid and pressurizing the liquid in said tank. The carbon dioxide bottle is adapted to be alternatively connected to the outlet fitting to pressurize the liquid and propel the liquid out of said inlet fitting and through the conduit.
