An applicator head having a smooth surface is attached to the first portion of the housing. A nozzle is operatively connected to the cartridge and extends through the applicator head. The nozzle discharges the lubricant out from the applicator head. A rod is in the cartridge. A plate is connected to the rod and positioned in the cartridge. A first motor is in the first portion and drives motion of the applicator head. A second motor is operatively connected to the rod. The second motor drives motion of the rod in the cartridge. The rod drives motion of the plate in the cartridge.
