  • Publication number: 20230376698
Abstract: Provided are computer implemented systems and methods for providing improved language translation, including translation of input text to an output translated text Selement. This may include providing for rule-based language translation. This may further include a plurality of machine translation models adapted to different translation domains. A machine translation selector is described that selects an in-domain machine translator from the plurality of machine translation models based on an input text element. The selected in-domain machine translator may generate a first translated text element from the input text element. A post-editor module may generate a second translated text element by predicting a post-edit to the first translated text element. The first translated text element and the second translated text element are evaluated by a quality evaluation model that determines a first metric associated with the first translated text element and a second metric associated with the second text element.

  • Patent number: 11357093
Abstract: A nozzle assembly for generating an atmospheric plasma jet includes an inlet, through which the jet can be introduced into the nozzle assembly, and a channel connected to the inlet so that the plasma jet introduced is conducted through the channel. Multiple nozzle openings are provided in the channel wall along the channel, through which a plasma jet can exit the assembly. The cross section of the channel in the region of a nozzle opening is shaped in such a way that a virtual medial plane runs between a virtual first tangent plane of the cross section through the nozzle opening and a virtual second tangent plane of the cross section opposite thereto and parallel to the first tangent plane divides the cross section into a first cross-sectional area at the nozzle opening. The cross-sectional surface of the first cross-sectional area differs from the cross-sectional surface of the second.

  • Patent number: 6162339
Abstract: A method for priming an object with through electrodeposition. The object is initially immersed into a first tank having a first primer bath and a first primer layer is electrodeposited onto the object. The object is removed from the first primer bath and cured to a first predetermined level. The object is then immersed into a second tank having a second primer bath and a second primer layer is electrodeposited onto the object. The object is removed from the second primer bath and cured to a second predetermined level. The primer baths are preferably formulated differently so as to achieve a multi-layer prime coat having several characteristics which would not otherwise be possible if the primer layer was created in one electrodeposition step.

  • Patent number: 5989401
Abstract: A vertical dip pretreatment and electro-deposition system has a plurality of dip stations and a plurality of spray stations. The process limited dip stations, such as the degrease dip station, the phosphate dip station and the electro-coat dip station, have expandable dip tanks which can have a bulkheads that divide the tanks into two sections providing the tanks with two compartments, or have removable end walls that can be removed and replaced with a tank section. If the bulkhead divided tanks are used, during the initial period of operation when production rates would typically be less than ten to twelve jobs an hour, one compartment of each expandable dip tank is used for immersion and the other compartment left dry or used for other purposes such as storage. When volume increases to above the design capacity, the expandable tanks are expanded. If bulkhead divided tanks are used, the bulkhead is removed which joins the first and second compartments, thus doubling the length of the tank.
