  • Patent number: 12658773
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a brushless motor includes providing a sleeve having a plurality of deformation zones spaced around a circumference of the sleeve, and a plurality of counterbores each having a rounded bottom and extending over the length of an inner surface of the sleeve such that only one of said plurality of counterbores is disposed between adjacent ones of said plurality of deformation zones. Metal rings are stacked to form a stator having a plurality of partitions each having a flat end face for engaging the inner surface of the sleeve. Copper wires are wound around the partitions, and the stack is mounted in the sleeve so that the end faces of the plurality of partitions are positioned adjacent the deformation zones. A rotor is provided, and is inserted into an inner cavity of the stator.

  • Publication number: 20230066003
Abstract: A brushless direct current motor includes a rotor made up of at least one permanent magnet and a stator having at least three partitions radially extending from a circular based cylindrical main body, the partitions together defining at least two volumes for receiving at least three coils generating a magnetic field, wherein each volume is closed by a wall connecting the partitions, and in that the wall comprises, on the face thereof oriented toward the rotor, at least one magnetic restriction zone. A sleeve surrounds the stator and the rotor and has at least one deformation zone formed by cutouts adapted to maintain the external geometrical configuration of the sleeve when mounting the constituent elements of the motor. A method for manufacturing such a motor.

  • Patent number: 11532975
Abstract: The invention relates to a brushless direct current motor, having a rotor made up of at least one permanent magnet and a stator having at least three partitions (160) radially extending from a circular based cylindrical main body (170), the partitions (160) together defining at least two volumes for receiving at least three coils generating a magnetic field, wherein each volume is closed by a wall (170) connecting the partitions (160), and in that the wall comprises, on the face thereof oriented toward the rotor, at least one magnetic restriction zone. A sleeve (4) surrounds the stator and the rotor and has at least one deformation zone formed by cutouts (11) adapted to maintain the external geometrical configuration of the sleeve (4) when mounting the constituent elements of the motor. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing such a motor.

  • Patent number: 11088638
Abstract: A method for reducing a cogging torque produced by at least two brushless electric motors used simultaneously includes determining a period of the cogging torque for each of the two brushless electric motors and putting the period for each motor into phase opposition. Each of the brushless electric motors may include a rotor connected to an output shaft and a stator. The rotor may include at least one permanent magnet, and the stator may have at least two receiving volumes for at least three coils generating a magnetic field.

  • Publication number: 20200153367
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for reducing the cogging torque (C1, C2) produced by at least two brushless electric motors used simultaneously, said motors comprising a rotor connected to an output shaft and composed of at least one permanent magnet, and a stator comprising at least two receiving volumes for at least three coils generating a magnetic field, characterized in that it comprises at least the following steps: a) determining the period of the cogging torque (C1, C2) for each motor, b) putting into phase opposition the periods for each motor (1, 2) determined in step a).
