  • Patent number: 10882095
Abstract: Described herein is a new method and device for operating a hemming head of the type comprising a hemming roller (101) and a second, opposed, roller (102), which are rotatable about respective axes contained in one and the same plane. The method includes variation of the position of the second roller that is opposed to the hemming roller as a function of a signal indicating the force exerted by said second roller on the metal sheet and/or as a function of a signal indicating the position of the head along the machining path.

  • Patent number: 9604422
Abstract: A layer of cellular material forms a running layer (14A) of a tread (14) in which tread pattern elements (20, 22, 26) are made. In order to form the cellular material, an uncured blank is provided with a mass of material comprising p,p?-oxybis(benzenesulphonyl hydrazide) that forms a pore-forming agent. The uncured blank is placed in a vulcanization mold (28) comprising molding elements (30, 32, 34). At least 95% of the molding elements (30, 32, 34) each satisfy the following two conditions: a) the molding element (30, 32, 34) is separated from at least one other molding element (30, 32, 34) by a distance, expressed in millimeters, of less than or equal to DM=6.85+0.0065T3, T, greater than or equal to 3 phr, being the amount of p,p?-oxybis(benzenesulphonyl hydrazide) in the mass of material intended to form the cellular material, b) the molding element (30, 32, 34) is intended to form a tread pattern element (20, 22, 26) having a depth at least equal to 80% of the thickness of the running layer (14A).

  • Publication number: 20160167447
Abstract: Bicycle tire comprising continuous toothing (5) cooperating with complementary toothing of a drive pinion of an electric assist device. The toothing has a substantially radial generatrix (G) with respect to the rotation axis of the tire in the axial direction (YY?). Toothing (5) is positioned circumferentially on an axially outer face (31) of at least one sidewall (3) and comprises teeth (51) having height h and length l, and comprising an elastomeric material having a Shore A hardness. The height h of teeth (51) is at least equal to 0.6 mm and at most equal to 3 mm. The length l of teeth (51) is at least equal to 0.15 times and at most equal to 0.50 times the section width S of the tire. The elastomeric material of teeth (51) has a Shore A hardness of at least equal to 55 and at most equal to 85.

  • Patent number: 8764315
Abstract: A connector to connect a fiber bundle probe to a light injection module including a tightening cam having an opening of a specified shape adapted to receive the fiber bundle probe, a cam driving coupled to the tightening cam, wherein the tightening cam is configured to translate in response to rotation of the cam driving until the tightening cam is blocked, at least one spring extending between the tightening cam and the cam driving, wherein the at least one spring is configured to resist when the cam driving is actuated by rotation and the tightening cam is blocked, and a locking mechanism to lock the cam driving into a selected position.
