Abstract: The present invention relates to a spraying system for an agricultural sprayer, comprising a spray boom having a nozzle holder comprising a body housing a spray product inlet duct configured to be supplied with spray product, a nozzle for said product comprising an outlet orifice for said product and configured to be supplied with product via the inlet duct and to convey said product towards said outlet orifice, a vibration sensor; said boom being configured to spray product through said nozzle; said sensor being configured to measure the vibrations of the body, said spraying system further comprising a computing unit configured to compare the vibration measurement with a reference signal to determine the clog state of said nozzle.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a nozzle holder, having a body, a dispensing chamber, a plurality of valves in the dispensing chamber, movable between an open and closed position, a rotationally movable plate in contact with a first end contact surface of each valve to control the movement of said valve between its two positions; wherein the peripheral edge of the plate has high and low edge portions, in the opening position of a valve, the first end contact surface is in contact with a first plate edge portion, and in the closing position, the first end contact surface of the valve is in contact with a second plate edge, the second edge being different from the first edge.

Abstract: The invention relates to a liquid circuit for an agricultural sprayer having a main tank, a sealed transfer system able to transfer a liquid product contained in a drum to the liquid circuit in a sealed manner, a suction mechanism designed to suck the liquid product coming from the sealed transfer system and to discharge said liquid product to the main tank, a dosing mechanism and a control unit designed to determine a quantity of liquid product to be provided to the suction mechanism for the filling of the main tank, and to control the dosing mechanism to provide the determined quantity of liquid product to the suction mechanism, in such a way as to meter the liquid product transferred from the sealed transfer system to the main tank.
