    Abstract: An object is to provide an imaging apparatus which can change a frame rate and so on as intended during photographing and improve operability for image creation. The imaging apparatus comprises an automatic switch setting section for storing frame modes, the set values of photographing parameters, and the set times of the parameters. According to an operation state of an operation switch, a system control section automatically switches the frame modes and the photographing parameters based on the data of the automatic switch setting section.
