  • Patent number: 10526435
Abstract: [Problem] Provided is a method for producing an industrially advantageous hydrogenated polymer, whereby a high hydrogenation rate can be achieved by a small use amount therein at a level of not requiring a decalcification process of the catalyst. [Solution] A method for producing a hydrogenated polymer including hydrogenating, with a hydrogen molecule, a carbon-carbon double bond based on a conjugated diene structural unit of a polymer in which at least a part of a living polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer containing one or more conjugated dienes using an organic alkali metal compound as a polymerization initiator is terminated by a hydrogen molecule, in the presence of a silane compound having at least one silyl hydride bond and an organic metal compound represented by the following general formula (I): wherein R1 to R10 are those as defined in the specification.

  • Patent number: 10472451
Abstract: Provided is a method for producing an anionic polymer in an industrially advantageous manner, whereby at the time of anionically polymerizing monomers using a solvent whose boiling point at atmospheric pressure is higher than the polymerization temperature, temperature control can be achieved by quickly removing the heat of the polymerization reaction using a simple device. The method for producing an anionic polymer includes anionically polymerizing a conjugated diene, an aromatic vinyl compound, or a mixture thereof under a condition where the amount of an inert gas present with respect to 1 kg of a solvent whose boiling point at atmospheric pressure is higher than the polymerization temperature is 20 mmol or less.

  • Patent number: 10017534
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for producing a Tebbe complex having high purity and high activity and having excellent storage stability in a high yield, the method including allowing bis(cyclopentadienyl)titanium dichloride and trimethylaluminum to react with each other in the presence of a solvent such that a solubility of the Tebbe complex in 1 g of the solvent at 25° C. is 0.5 mmol/g or less.
