  • Publication number: 20170306951
Abstract: A scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll and causes the orbiting scroll to perform an orbiting motion to form a suction chamber and a compression chamber. The scroll compressor includes a first space in a back surface center of the orbiting scroll, lubricant in a bottom of a sealed container, a second space provided further on an outer circumference side than the first space on a back surface of the orbiting scroll, a first oil leak path for causing a part of oil in the first space to leak to the second space, an oil return passage for returning most of the oil in the first space to the bottom in the sealed container, a second oil leak path for causing a part of the oil in the second space to leak to the suction chamber, and a third oil leak path.

  • Publication number: 20170117762
Abstract: A rotor is formed such that a concave section is formed on the q axis and a gap between the concave section and a tooth of a stator is larger than a gap between an outer circumferential section and the tooth on the d axis. The concave section is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape and formed such that an opening degree ?p2 on an outer circumference side is large with respect to an opening degree ?p1 on an inner circumference side. The opening degree ?p2 is set within a range of approximately 60 degrees in the electrical angle. A slit is not formed near the d axis on the outer circumference side of the permanent magnet insertion hole and a plurality of slits are formed on left and right both sides a predetermined distance or more apart from the d axis.

  • Patent number: 7758326
Abstract: A scroll fluid machine comprises compression chambers defined with an orbiting scroll orbiting relative to a fixed scroll, and a back pressure chamber provided on the face opposite from a wrap of the orbiting scroll. A back pressure port is provided, which is formed in an end-plate of the orbiting scroll and connects from a compression chamber side opening opened to a compression chamber side and to a back pressure chamber side opening opened to a back pressure chamber side. The compression chamber side opening is opened and closed by an end-plate of the fixed scroll according as the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll to perform connection and blockage of the back pressure port. The flow resistance of fluid flowing in and out between the back pressure chamber and the compression chamber is reduced and the compression efficiency and reliability are improved.
