  • Publication number: 20240001196
Abstract: A personal training system assisted by artificial intelligence (AI) has a personal training device and a control device. The personal training device includes a jacket and pants, and houses sensors at positions corresponding to a user's main muscle groups for monitoring the user's movement posture and muscle activity of the main muscle groups. The control device has a data preprocessing unit for processing detected-signal data of the sensors, a training analysis device for executing an AI algorithm to conduct fatigue analysis of the user's movement based on the user profile and the detected-signal data, and to make training load recommendations. The personal training system can simultaneously monitor posture, muscle activity and muscle fatigue in real time during the exercise; and use the AI algorithm to evaluate exercise performance and provide real-time feedbacks to improve the exercise and training efficiency, and reduce the risk of injury.

  • Patent number: 11622485
Abstract: A pick arm for a pick and place apparatus for electronic devices has a main body having a proximal end whereat the pick arm is mountable onto a pick arm support, and a distal end at which a collet is mounted for holding an electronic device. A first rigid body is located adjacent to the proximal end of the pick arm and a second rigid body is located adjacent to the distal end of the pick arm. The first and second flexures connect the first rigid body to the second rigid body. Moreover, the first flexure is spaced from the second flexure, and the first and second flexures have opposing faces that are arranged substantially parallel to each other. An actuator is operative to apply a biasing force onto the second rigid body so as to bend the first and second flexures relative to the first rigid body for biasing the collet of the pick arm to move.

  • Publication number: 20190129589
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments providing a personalized interaction and navigation system. An embodiment operates by receiving, during a computing session, an indication of a first interaction with a currently accessed document stored in a computing system. It is determined that the first document is not included in the set of previously accessed documents. A new tab is added to the interface corresponding to the currently accessed document based upon the determining. The new tab is maintained on the interface for the duration of the computing session, wherein upon completion of the computing session, a determination is made whether to persist the tab beyond the computing session based on a request or to automatically remove the tab from the interface and the cache.

  • Patent number: 6563485
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing serial transmission of a parallel input is accomplished by a parallel input serial output transmitter that includes a shift register operably coupled to receive a parallel input and to provide data serially to a gating circuit. The gating circuit, based on the state of the data it receives, generates a drive signal which causes a switching circuit to route current from first and second current sources to a third current source over different paths to produce a serial output. A bias circuit is coupled to the switching circuit to bias the serial output to a desired level.

  • Patent number: 6427151
Abstract: A method, computer program product, system, and data structure used in mapping data received from a centralized transaction processing system, such as the IMS system available from IBM, at the request of a remote application program or other client made across a communications network, such as the Internet. In one embodiment, a transaction code, a map identifier, and other information necessary for the transaction are sent to a centralized system or server. The transaction is executed on the transaction processing system and results data received therefrom. The map is then accessed in order to format the results data before returning it to the requesting client. One form of information that could be used within a map are source-destination triplets. In this instance, there is a source indicator, a destination offset into a buffer, and a length indicating how much to transfer from the indicated source into a buffer. The source indicator may be either a literal value or an offset into a results data set.
