Abstract: In an apparatus including two opposite conductive electrodes mounted in an opening of an insulating shroud filled with pressurized air, a support for supporting the shroud, the support being in communication with the opening to define an aerating zone adjacent to the opening, a collection tank under the aerating zone, and a nozzle disposed in the aerating zone, the nozzle being in communication with a waste water source, a process for treating waste water comprising energizing the electrodes to generate arc in a gap between the electrodes as the pressurized air passing through the gap; moving the arc to the aerating zone with contaminants and water components of waste water being shot out in fine spray from the nozzle; and vaporizing the fine spray as when it contacts the arc so as to neutralize the contaminants.

Abstract: A device electrically connected to one terminal of a DC source and immersed in electrolyte of an electrolytic vessel for increasing the rate of electrolysis includes a first half and a second half releasably secured to the first half to form a space therein; a plurality of surface apertures formed on the first and second halves; and a threaded hole disposed in the first half and threadedly secured to a pipe conveying electrolyte to be electrolyzed.

Abstract: An electroluminescent device of a mobile phone is disclosed. The electro-luminescent device of a mobile phone having a battery compartment comprises a luminescent disc disposed on the battery compartment of the mobile phone; a signal-receiving unit for receiving high frequency signals of the mobile phone; an automatic control unit connected to the signal-receiving unit for filtering, rectification of the corresponding high frequency signals and for the production of flickering signal and for calculation; a display-switching driving unit connected to the automatic control unit and the luminescent disc to drive the luminescent disc; and a reverse-change voltage-elevating unit connected to the automatic control unit and the luminescent disc to provide the high voltage required by the luminescent disc. The driving of the voltage-elevating unit and the display-switching driving unit causes the luminescent disc to produce various animations and patterns when the mobile phone receives incoming signals.

Abstract: An electroluminescent device for communication apparatus of mobile phone for informing an incoming call for carrying out a flashing effect on the mobile phone when such occurs. The device comprises an electroluminescent means and a controller circuit wherein the controller circuit includes a signal receiving unit, an electroluminescent means flashing and driving controller unit, and a driving unit being electrically connected sequentially; and the electroluminescent means is provided on the surface of mobile phone being electrically connected to the controller circuit. This also provides a personalized housing of mobile phone.
