  • Patent number: 10200676
Abstract: The present invention discloses an image detection system of a vehicle for detecting at least one target object around a vehicle, and further detecting a distance between the at least one target object and the vehicle. The image detection system of the vehicle at least includes a light source unit, an image capturing unit and an alarm unit. The present invention primarily employs a laser beam incident onto the target object to form at least one optical pattern, and variation of the optical pattern and a motion object detection are collocated to effectively calculate the distance between the target object and the vehicle, thereby achieving an advantage of alarming and alerting a driver to safety of driving.

  • Patent number: 10194079
Abstract: A vehicle surveillance system is disclosed and includes a plurality of image capturing units, an image processing unit, and a display unit for monitoring a position of at least one target around a vehicle and measuring a distance between the at least one target and the vehicle. The vehicle surveillance system utilizes a space domain determination module, a time domain determination module, and a ground surface elimination module to transform original images of the target around the vehicle into the bird's-eye-view panorama, and further detects variation of an optical pattern incident onto the target through a light beam emitted by a light source so as to effectively remind a driver on the on-going vehicle of the position of the target and the distance, and real-time detect and capture an image of any person approaching the vehicle, thereby achieving driving safety and securing lives and personal properties.

  • Patent number: 9094583
Abstract: An adaptive around-view monitoring device comprises a plurality of wide-angle cameras, a top-view image integration unit, a real-time image encoding/decoding unit, and an adaptive display processing unit, wherein the top-view image integration unit is further configured with a tuning/calibrating circuit which provides an acquisition and a calibration of erroneous parameters generated during the process of installation, and also substantially and efficiently reduces the routine time and procedure which repeats again and again to minimize or eliminate those parameters while the around-view monitoring device is being installed onboard the same type of vehicles. Furthermore, the adaptive display processing unit is able to adjust and output the optimized size and ratio of image to fit the display device installed on the vehicle. And, the present invention is able to provide the driver a real-time and correct around-view image and information.
