  • Patent number: 9280225
Abstract: An electrode structure for a touchscreen is provided. The electrode structure includes a flexible substrate and a plurality of electrode lines, wherein the electrode line includes a first adhesive layer, a second adhesive layer, a conductive layer, a first resist layer and a second resist layer. Through the configuration above, the electrode structure of the present application adheres the flexible substrate strongly by the first adhesive layer, and the second adhesive layer strengthen the adhesion between the first adhesive layer and the conductive layer, so that the conductive layer may be firmly adhered to the flexible substrate, even change the shape of the substrate, the electrode lines are not easy to fall off. The present invention also provides an electrode structure for scattering the reflective metallic luster to make observer imperceptible and reduce the backlight interference.

  • Publication number: 20150291802
Abstract: A blackening coating and an electrode structure using the same are provided. The blackening coating has the effect of anti-corrosion and reducing metallic luster for invisibility, thus the blackening layer formed with the present blackening coating can replace the convention resist layer to simplify the process of the electrodes on touch panel, and to achieve the efficacy of cost down and reducing metallic luster.

  • Publication number: 20150242011
Abstract: Disclosure is related to a touch-sensitive panel device and electrode structure therein. The electrode structure is made of metal material. The electrode structure not only eliminates reflective light from the metal layer, but also retain transmittancy and conductivity. The electrode includes a metal conductive layer, a light-trimmed roughened structure and a blackened layer. The trimmed roughened structure is formed in the electrode structure, for example on the metal conductive layer. The trimmed roughened structure is used to eliminate the reflective lights made by the metal conductive layer and the substrate. The trimmed roughened structure may be formed by an etching process applied to the metal conductive layer; or by electrolytic, sputtering, deposition or coating process. The blackened layer is used to absorb the lights reflected from the metal material, and also to reduce color shift of a display. The blackened layer is used to eliminate the metal reflection.
