    Abstract: A method for designing a spline surface contour of a roller-type wave-motion includes of the steps of slicing radial movement track of a roller between a cam and a spline aperture and circumference rotation track at equal proportion at equal time intervals to sequentially obtain circle centers and points of tangency of the track circles during movement of the roller; connecting the points of tangency to form a unit cam circumference segment of a cam periphery in order to draw and form a single-sided tooth flank contour; and forming a correspondent side tooth flank contour by mirroring and projecting the single-sided tooth flank contour. A method of forming a spline wheel contour and a method of forming a cam periphery are obtained.

A designed convex arc of the cam has self-locking function of restricting the rollers to reversely rotate so as to form a compound type reducer device having a multi-reducer function by mutually combining the wave speed reducer and a planetary gear set. To solve conventional problems, poor driving accuracy at tiny rotation angle and scarcity of self-locking function for conventional reducers are improved.

    Abstract: A fusion gear reducer includes a first-stage gear reduction unit and a second-stage gear reduction unit both in a housing. The first-stage gear reduction unit includes a sun gear, a planet gears support, planet gears spaced around the sun gear and meshed therewith, and a ring gear around the planet gears and meshed therewith. The second-stage gear reduction unit includes spaced rollers arranged as a circle, roller grooves, wells formed on an inner surface of the housing, and a cam surface formed on an outer surface of the ring gear so that the ring gear is output of the first-stage gear reduction unit and input of the second-stage gear reduction unit. The roller grooves are disposed on outer surfaces of the planet gears so that the planet gears are output of the second-stage gear reduction unit. The simplified fusion gear reducer solves the problem of bulkiness of gear reducer.

    Abstract: A frame module includes a frame strip, a light emitting diode (LED) bar, and a fastener. The frame strip has a heat-dissipating portion, two elastic arms extended in one direction from the two edges of the heat-dissipating portion, and two pressing portions inwardly protruded form the two elastic arms. The heat-dissipating portion, the two elastic arms, and the two pressing portions define an accommodating trough. The LED bar has a printed circuit board (PCB) and a plurality of LEDs mounted on the PCB. The PCB is arranged in the accommodating trough of the frame strip and clamped between the heat-dissipating portion and the two pressing portions. The fastener is fixed on the two elastic arms. Thus, the heat generated form the LED bar is conducted by the LED bar directly contacting the frame strip. Besides, the instant disclosure also provides a lamp.

    Abstract: A cylinder tube of a toy gun is disclosed. A cylinder head is mounted on the cylinder tube of the toy gun. A tube passage is formed to penetrate through the cylinder head. Several air induction passages are formed circularly around the tube passage. A control device is applied to the air induction passages for opening or closing the air induction passages according to the forward or backward movement of the piston. As a result, much more air can be sucked into the air storage chamber immediately after the backward movement of the piston. In addition, a control device is applied to the piston for correspondingly opening or closing the air inlet according to the movement of the piston.     Abstract: In a toy gun with a bullet-loading structure, a cylinder, a piston, a final gear, and a pull rod are mounted in a gun body. The piston and the pull rod are driven by the rotation of the final gear. An actuation time of the pull rod is later than that of the piston to enable the piston to suck a lot amount of gas before the loading of the bullet, thereby preventing a gun tunnel from being blocked by the raised bullet and providing the simulated recoil effect of real shooting so as to promote the shooting performance of the toy gun.
