  • Patent number: 11959754
Abstract: Methods for modifying a patrol route of a safety officer include monitoring persons within geographic areas, identifying a safety officer, tracking an elapsed time value for each of the persons indicating a respective quantity of time since a person has been within a threshold proximity to the safety officer, determining a total elapsed time value for each of the geographic areas based on the respective elapsed time values for each of the persons currently located in the geographic area, determining that a patrol route of the safety officer should be modified based on the total elapsed time value for each of the geographic areas, modifying the patrol route of the safety officer, and transmitting the modified patrol route to the safety officer. The modified patrol route indicates that the safety officer is to patrol a given geographic area of the geographic areas.

  • Publication number: 20240114208
Abstract: Techniques for heightened video redaction based on audio are provided. A first level of redaction is applied to an individual captured in a video recording. Audio signatures in the video recording associated with the individual captured in the video recording are identified. It is determined that that the audio signatures, in a context of the video recording, will increase a likelihood of personally identifying the individual captured in the video recording. A second level of redaction is applied to the individual captured in the video recording when it is determined that the likelihood of personally identifying the individual captured in the video recording has increased.

  • Publication number: 20240048655
Abstract: A process and system for managing incoming video emergency calls (VECs) at a command center relative to an incident includes receiving first and second VECs from respective first and second recording and transmitting devices reflecting a first incident. Identifying the second VEC as a preferred one of the first and second VECs based on one or both of a quality and a field-of-view between the first and second VECs, and responsively causing the identified second VEC to be forwarded to a first live call taker and the first VEC to a VEC monitoring bot configured to continue to monitor video content of the first VEC and refrain from forwarding the first VEC to the first live call taker. The first VEC may be forwarded to the first live call taker at a lower relative resolution.

  • Publication number: 20230326460
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices disclosed herein can capture an audio recording of an utterance, generate a transcription based on the audio recording, and generate a score for a section of the transcription that reflects a level of confidence that at least one word in the section was correctly transcribed. Content of the section is rendered in a field on a display. Also, a timeline for the audio recording is rendered. If the score does not satisfy a condition, the fill scheme applied to a segment of the timeline that maps to the section may differ from a fill scheme that is applied to the remainder of the timeline. An additional audio recording is then captured and transcribed. An additional timeline is rendered for the additional audio recording alongside the timeline and is aligned with the section. The transcription of the additional audio recording is used to replace the section.

  • Publication number: 20220414377
Abstract: A process of presenting statements captured at an incident scene. First real-time multimedia streams captured corresponding to an incident scene are converted into digital statements. Each statement is tagged to a person identity that is determined based on a biometric attribute extracted from the multimedia streams. When a responder arrives at the incident scene, second real-time multimedia streams are captured corresponding to the incident scene and an identity of a person present at the incident scene is determined. If the identity of the person determined from the second multimedia streams matches with the person identity determined from the first multimedia streams, statements tagged to the person identity are selected and a post-arrival notification is generated for the responder indicating a presence of the person at the incident scene and including the selected statements. The notification is then provided via a visual and/or audio output device operated by the responder.
