Abstract: A frame assembly for a modular window assembly for an opening in a structure comprises a main structural frame defining an electrical enclosure and being mountable to the structure, a removable exterior frame mountable to the main structural frame and defining an angled lip for water runoff, the removable exterior frame being configured to secure an outer glass pane of a set of glass panes of the modular window assembly, an insulating feature between the main structural frame and the removable exterior frame and configured to prevent thermal conduction therebetween, and at least one vapor neutralizer between the main structural frame and the removable exterior frame and configured to prevent moisture from accumulating within the modular window assembly. One primary benefit of this modular window assembly is the ability to swap out some or all of the set of glass panes and replace them with new glass technology as developed.

Abstract: An oven rack for supporting food items to be cooked in a oven cavity of an appliance includes a frame portion and a support platform defined by a plurality of support members that establish a food item support zone and a food item access zone. The plurality of support members include substantially straight support members and offset or shaped support members. The offset support members, in combination with a vertically offset section of the frame portion, define the food item access zone which is vertically offset from the food item support zone so as to enable a consumer to access a bottom portion of a food item resting on the rack.

Abstract: The present invention comprises a portable, insulated carrier having a generally rigid housing defining a primary insulated compartment. An auxiliary storage assembly is attached to the housing for retaining an article on the housing externally of the primary insulated compartment. The auxiliary storage assembly includes a ledge and a retainer whereby the article abuts the ledge and is retained against the housing by the retainer. A secondary storage assembly is attached to the outside surface of the housing externally of the primary insulated compartment. The secondary storage assembly is formed of a flexible material to secure the contents yet provide access when necessary. An article retention assembly is attached to an outside surface of the housing. The retention assembly includes a generally elastic panel portion attached to an exterior surface of the housing with at least one edge thereof defining an opening for receiving articles therethrough.

Abstract: A security gate apparatus for attachment across an opening defined by first and second vertical surfaces, including a first gate panel and a second gate panel slidingly connected to the first gate panel so as to permit horizontal extension and retraction of the gate apparatus to a desired horizontal dimension. A first vertical leg is pivotably attached to an outer vertical member of the first gate panel by a first link means and a second vertical leg is pivotably connected to an outer vertical member of the second gate panel by a second link means. The security gate apparatus also includes means for locking the first and second gate panels in the desired horizontal dimension and at least one contact pad on a surface of the first and second vertical legs opposite the outer vertical members of the first and second gate panels, respectively.

Abstract: A swing assembly is provided in which low profile side members are used to support a seat member for gliding back and forth movement. The seat member may be rotated between sitting and inclined positions and includes a movable T-bar which is adapted to be pivoted forwardly in order to facilitate movement of an infant into and out of the seat.

Abstract: The present invention provides an infant seat which includes a shell for receiving an infant and an arcuate handle attached to opposing sides of the shell. The handle is movable to three operative positions including a rest position wherein the handle is positioned below the shell and above a plane defined by a lower surface of the shell, a rocking position wherein the handle is positioned below the lower surface of the shell to form an arcuate rocking support surface, and a carry position wherein the handle is positioned above the shell to be used as a carry handle.

Abstract: A bath ring is provided which is collapsible from a use to a storage position whereby the bath ring may be reconfigured to a compact configuration. The bath ring includes a base portion, a ring portion pivotally mounted to the base portion, a support post for supporting a rear section of the ring portion in spaced relationship to the base portion, and a T-shaped restraining bar pivotally mounted to the base portion and forming a front restraint which may be pivoted out of the way to place an infant on the base portion. In its collapsed position, the support post may be pivoted to a location underneath the base portion and the ring portion and T-shaped restraint may be pivoted rearwardly and downwardly toward the base portion.
