  • Publication number: 20100120538
Abstract: In an extended casino network, a master controller can be provided to communicate and control non-gaming devices on the casino floor such as lighting, security cameras, public video displays, etc. The master controller may receive control events or commands from an electronic gaming machine in a gaming machine protocol (e.g. G2S) or proprietary protocol and translate the commands to generic protocols for communication to the non-gaming devices. The master controller may also translate events from the non-gaming devices from a generic or device specific protocol to a higher level casino protocol (e.g. S2S) and publish the device events to one or more casino management servers. Furthermore, the master controller may receive control events or commands from one or more casino management servers in a system to system protocol (e.g. S2S) or proprietary protocol and translate the commands to generic protocols for communication to the non-gaming devices.

  • Publication number: 20070237499
Abstract: A vaporization device including a housing, a plurality of wicks, a plurality of heating elements and a power control circuit. The plurality of wicks are at least partially contained within the housing and include a first wick and a second wick. The plurality of heating elements include a first heating element and a second heating element. The first heating element is proximate to the first wick and the second heating element is proximate to the second wick. The power control circuit powers the first heating element at a first level when the second heating element is not powered. The power control circuit powers the first heating element at a second level when the second heating element is powered.

  • Patent number: 5225847
Abstract: In an automatic tuning system for an antenna having a single variable reactance element, the power transmitted to the antenna and the power reflected from the antenna on the feedline are sensed. The variable reactance component of the antenna is adjusted until the ratio between the transmitted and reflected power on the feedline indicates that the standing wave ratio on the feedline is at a minimum, whereupon the antenna will be tuned. The adjustment of the variable reactance component is by a stepping motor controlled by a microprocessor, which is programmed to make calculations to determine when the standing wave ratio reaches a minimum.

  • Patent number: 4606147
Abstract: A sealing jamb liner 10 for double-hung window sash includes a thick and rigid resin extrusion 24 having a pair of sash runs 11 and 12 separated by a parting bead 13. A pair of extruded flange elements 25 formed of a thin, resilient, and low spring rate resin material are mounted along respective outer sash run edges 21 and 22 opposite parting bead 13. Each flange element 25 has a sealing 27 angled obliquely of the adjacent sash run and disposed for resiliently engaging and sealing between a sash and an adjacent trim stop.
