The color filter layer is disposed on the second substrate and includes a first color filter unit. The first color filter unit includes a first portion and a second portion. In addition, the first portion is at least partially overlapped with the opening area, the second portion is overlapped with the light-shielding area, and there is a first gap between the first portion and the second portion.
