Abstract: Transistors of different types of electronic devices on the same semiconductor substrate are configured with different transistor attributes to increase the performance of the different types of electronic devices. Fin height, shallow source drain (SSD) height, source or drain width, and/or one or more other transistor attributes may be co-optimized for the different types of electronic devices by various semiconductor manufacturing processes such as etching, lithography, process loading, and/or masking, among other examples.

Abstract: A method for forming a semiconductor device structure is provided. The method includes providing a substrate having a base, a first fin, and a second fin over the base. The method includes forming a gate stack over the first fin and the second fin. The method includes forming a first spacer over gate sidewalls of the gate stack and a second spacer adjacent to the second fin. The method includes partially removing the first fin and the second fin. The method includes forming a first source/drain structure and a second source/drain structure in the first trench and the second trench respectively. A first ratio of a first height of the first merged portion to a second height of a first top surface of the first source/drain structure is greater than or equal to about 0.5.

Abstract: A method for testing a computer system includes activating an operation system of the computer system and selecting a first selectable number by a basic input/output system interface program. After selecting the first selectable number and rebooting the computer system, if a first enabled number of cores of the computer system is consistent with the first selectable number, but a second selectable number has not been selected, then select the second selectable number by the basic input/output system interface program. After selecting the second selectable number, if a second enabled number of cores of the computer system is consistent with the second selectable number, and no more number is selectable, then determine that the computer system has passed the test.

The managed sides includes at least on active IPMI managed sides, wherein each of the active IPMI managed side actively provides its service information to the managing side so as to establish a first list, and then the managing side searches out the managed sides which are not on the first list one by one so as to establish a second list. Therefore, the IPMI server management system may effectively sort out the managed sides which are available for application.

Abstract: A web server system and a method for operating a web server thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps. A first browsing request issued by a remote apparatus is received, wherein the first browsing request records a web address of a first web page. It is determined that whether simplified browser information is recorded in a header of the first browsing request. A transformed address response is generated if the simplified browser information is recorded in the header of the first browsing request, and a header of the transformed address response records a web address of a second web page. The transformed address response triggers the remote apparatus to issue the second browsing request recording the web address of the second web page. The second web page is sent out according to the second browsing request recording the web address of the second web page.
