Abstract: An improved structure of a toolbox with a plane positioning means adaptable to a tool of any shape is comprised of a base plate and multiple support rods; multiple through holes being provided in the base plate to respectively receive insertion of their corresponding support rods and hold them with a proper packing force; both ends of each support rod being each provided with a head to prevent it from falling out of the through hole; a tool being received on top of the affected support rods by compressing them into the base plate either by the inherited weight or by external force applied while those support rods surrounding and not affected by the tool exercising positioning effects sideways to keep the tool in position by preventing it from laterally sliding on the base plate.
