    Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor on a substrate. An amorphous silicon film is deposited on the substrate. A plasma treatment is used to adjust threshold voltage (Vt) of the thin film transistor instead of conventional ion implantation Vt adjustment. A crystallizationtreatment is carried out to transform the amorphous silicon film into a polysilicon layer. According toa preferred embodiment of the present invention, to create a negative shift of the threshold voltage of the thin film transistor, oxygen-containing plasma is used at a RF power lower than 500W. To create a positive shift of the threshold voltage of the thin film transistor, ammonia plasma is used.

    Abstract: A functionally locking bottle cap, the feature of which lies mainly in the inclusion of a locking mechanism located in the space between the interior and the exterior of the cap, for which a locking combination number must be set to enable at least one pin to be inserted into at least one pin opening on a selective basis before the bottle cap can be opened. Otherwise an outer cap will rotate freely without causing rotation of an interior cap which is threadably coupled to a container, such as a bottle. Thus making the opening of the container impossible so as to prevent the misue of the contents in the container, by other people.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a new model packing device for ice cream which composed of an inner cup, an outer cup, and a sucker-scoop with the functions of ice cream-scooping and water-sucking. The outer cup for containing water accommodates the inner cup for ice cream, with suitable clearance between the two said cups to store cold water and to receive the said sucker-scoop. In use of the said sucker-scoop can scoop the ice cream as well as suck water, after enjoying ice cream, not only to satisfy thirst but clean the mouth cavity. More than this, cold water between the two said cups has the effect to extend dissolution time of the ice cream contained in the inner cup.
