    Abstract: An adjustable ab wheel has a main shaft and two wheels mounted on the main shaft. The main shaft has two external threaded sections. Each one of the two external threaded sections has a thread direction opposite to the thread direction of the other one of the two external threaded sections. Each one of the two wheels has a threaded hole axially defined through the wheel and mounted with a respective one of the two external threaded sections. When a user rolls the two wheels forward, the two wheels approach each other and abut against each other. Abutment between the two wheels allows the two wheels to brake themselves, so that the adjustable ab wheel can prevent users from over rolling the two wheels forward and suddenly falling down to the floor.

The body is a hollow structure and has an opening formed through the body. Each one of the at least one engaging element is mounted on an external wall of the body around the opening. When combining multiple connecting building blocks, the engaging element of a connecting building block is connected pivotally to the connection area of another connecting building block. The connecting building blocks can be rotated to change the connecting direction, so the connecting variations of the building block can be expanded.

    Abstract: An adjustable brake structure for an in-line roller skate boot and wheeled chassis assembly is disclosed. The brake structure is formed by a sheathing attached to the boot assembly, a link block carrying a brake pad and pivotally secured to the boot assembly, and a lever operatively connecting the sheathing and link block. The lever is pivotally secured to the link block and adjustably secured to the sheathing by a flattened bolt engageable with a selected hole in the lever. The lever includes a series of holes connected by narrower neck openings to provide for adjustable engagement with the bolt.
