  • Publication number: 20220089013
Abstract: An apparatus including a transmission mechanism in a power transfer path between a drive source and wheels; an oil pressure control device supplying lubricating oil to the transmission mechanism; and a control part outputting an electrical instruction to increase a flow rate of the supplied lubricating. When the control part outputs an electrical instruction to the oil pressure control device to increase a flow rate of lubricating oil supplied to the transmission mechanism, and determines that the flow rate of lubricating oil supplied to the transmission mechanism from the oil pressure control device does not increase as indicated by the electrical instruction (time t1), the control part considers that the oil pressure control device is in an abnormal state, and can impose a limitation that an absolute value of torque of the transmission mechanism transferred between the wheels and the drive source be reduced (time t1-t5).

  • Publication number: 20220063588
Abstract: There are included a transmission mechanism that includes an input member driven by an engine and an output member drive-coupled to wheels and that can change a gear ratio between the input member and the output member; a clutch SSC that is interposed between an output shaft of the engine and the input member and can connect and disconnect power transmission between the output shaft of the engine and the input member of the transmission mechanism; and a control part that controls engagement and disengagement of the clutch SSC by electrical instructions. When the control part determines that a drag state of the clutch SSC has occurred (t2) when the control part outputs an electrical instruction to bring the clutch SSC into a disengaged state, the control part outputs an electrical instruction to bring the clutch SSC into a completely engaged state (t3 to t4).

  • Patent number: 10815925
Abstract: A vehicle includes two accelerator position sensors and an electronic control unit. The two accelerator position sensors are configured to detect accelerator operation amounts. The electronic control unit is configured to perform drive control based on the accelerator operation amounts from the two accelerator position sensors. The electronic control unit is configured to, when failure occurs in one accelerator position sensor out of the two accelerator position sensors, perform the drive control based on the accelerator operation amount from the other accelerator position sensor out of the two accelerator position sensors, the accelerator operation amount being restricted by an accelerator operation amount upper limit that has a tendency of becoming larger as the vehicle speed is larger.

  • Patent number: 10479365
Abstract: An electronic control unit controls a motor so that a torque applied to an input shaft does not exceed an upper limit torque. The electronic control unit sets so as to restrict the upper limit torque from a first torque to a second torque smaller than the first torque, and then return the upper limit torque to the first torque more gradually when a first condition that a driver is assumed to have felt a decrease in driving force output to driving wheels is met before the upper limit torque is returned than when the first condition is not met.

  • Patent number: 10449952
Abstract: A hybrid vehicle is equipped with a drive unit, and an automatic transmission. The automatic transmission includes engagement elements that can transmit power between the drive unit and driving wheels. The drive unit includes an engine, a first motor generator, a second motor generator, and a planetary gear mechanism. The hybrid vehicle is further equipped with a mechanical oil pump and an electrical oil pump, and a controller. The controller continues operating the electrical oil pump while the internal combustion engine is not in operation after the internal combustion engine is stopped as a result of a system stop operation by a user while the vehicle is running at a vehicle speed equal to or higher than a predetermined value.
