Patent number: 11557953Abstract: A low height type actuator capable of performing a two-dimensional motion includes a magnet structure that includes a first array in which the first and second magnets are alternately arranged in x-direction and a second array in which the first and second magnets are alternately arranged in y-direction, and first and second wirings. The first wiring crosses the first magnets included in the first array in y-direction, and the second wiring crosses the first magnets included in the second array in x-direction. According to the present invention, by making current flow in the first and second wirings, a two-dimensional motion can be achieved. Further, since the first and second wirings are each a planar wiring that crosses the magnets, height reduction can be achieved.Type: GrantFiled: January 19, 2017Date of Patent: January 17, 2023Assignee: TDK CORPORATIONInventors: Kenichi Suzuki, Tadahiko Shinshi, Ryogen Fujiwara

An actuator includes a magnet structure 20 that includes a first array Lx in which the first and second magnets 21 and 22 are alternately arranged in x-direction and a second array Ly in which the first and second magnets 21 and 22 are alternately arranged in y-direction, and first and second wirings 30 and 40. The first wiring 30 crosses the first magnets 21 and 22 included in the first array Lx in y-direction, and the second wiring 40 crosses the first magnets 21 and 22 included in the second array Lx in x-direction. According to the present invention, by making current flow in the first and second wirings 30 and 40, a two-dimensional motion can be achieved. Further, since the first and second wirings 30 and 40 are each a planar wiring that crosses the magnets, height reduction can be achieved.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 19, 2017Publication date: June 10, 2021Applicants: TDK CORPORATION, TOKYO INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGYInventors: Kenichi SUZUKI, Tadahiko SHINSHI, Ryogen FUJIWARA

Publication number: 20150087889Abstract: A centrifugal blood pump for circulating blood is provided, wherein an impeller makes no contact at all with a housing and a rotating shaft and moves in a rotating manner with the impeller in a stably levitating state. Also provided is a blood pump in which the impeller rotates at high speed even when the blood pump is reduced in scale. The blood pump contains a magnet of enhanced magnetic force at the inside of a housing and at an outer peripheral surface of an impeller and providing a fixed-interval spacing on the periphery of a bearing section makes it possible to ensure a state where no contact at all is made between the housing, a shaft, and the impeller, and makes it possible to cause the impeller to rotate stably over a long period of time.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 27, 2012Publication date: March 26, 2015Inventors: Setsuo Takatani, Akihisa Akao, Tadahiko Shinshi

Publication number: 20090118625Abstract: In centrifugal pumps 10, 30, 60, 70, and 80 having a rotating centrifugal impeller 14, the flow rate and head of the pumps are estimated on the basis of transverse force applied to the centrifugal impeller 14 during rotation of the centrifugal impeller 14, and evaluation is also made for a circulatory state of the pulsating cardiovascular system. Thereby, it is possible to measure the flow rate and head of the centrifugal pumps and evaluate circulation functions during circulatory assistance by the centrifugal pump.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2006Publication date: May 7, 2009Applicant: NATIONAL UNIVERSITY CORPORATION TOKYO MEDICAL AND DENTAL UNIVERSITYInventors: Hideo Hoshi, Setsuo Takatani, Tadahiko Shinshi, Junnichi Asama
